1. Who we are
Sora Wealth Ltd (“Sora”, “we”, “us”) is a company incorporated in the Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM) with company number 39928. Our registered office is at Addax Port Office Tower, Al Reem Island, Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. These terms apply to your use of sorawealth.co and our waitlist. By using the website or joining the waitlist, you agree to them.
2. Our regulatory status
Sora is not authorised or regulated by the Financial Services Regulatory Authority or any other regulator, and is in the process of obtaining the relevant regulatory licences and permissions. Our products and services are not currently available and we are not accepting clients.
3. Information only
The website is for information only. Nothing on it is financial, investment, tax or legal advice, or an invitation, inducement or offer to use any financial or advisory service. App screens, figures, projections and conversations shown are illustrative only. Projections are estimates and returns are not guaranteed. You should not rely on anything on the website when making financial decisions.
4. The waitlist
You must be 18 or over to join the waitlist, and the details you give us must be accurate. Joining does not create a client relationship or give you any right to our services or to particular terms. We decide who to invite and when. Whether you can become a client will depend on our assessment at the time and on whether we are permitted to offer our services where you live. We may change or close the waitlist at any time. Taking part in research is optional.
5. Feedback
If you share ideas or feedback with us, including through research, we may use them to develop Sora without payment or credit to you.
6. Intellectual property
The content and design of the website, and the Sora name and logo, belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy or reuse them without our permission, other than for your own personal use. Third-party names and logos belong to their owners. Their appearance on the website does not mean they endorse Sora or have any relationship with us.
7. Using the website
You must not misuse the website. That includes trying to gain unauthorised access to it, interfering with how it works, scraping its content or submitting false details.
8. Links to other websites
The website links to social media and other sites we don’t control. We are not responsible for their content or for how they use your data.
9. Our liability
We provide the website as it is and make no promise that it will be available, accurate, complete or free of errors. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the website or your reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for fraud, gross negligence or wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law.

11. Changes to these terms
If we change these terms, we’ll update them here and change the date at the top. Continuing to use the website after a change means you accept the updated terms.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Abu Dhabi Global Market, and the ADGM Courts have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them. This does not remove any protection you have under mandatory laws that apply to you.
